General Ticket and Event Information

Tickets are free and can be ordered on Eventbrite.

*NEW (4/1/2026)*: Due to the popularity of our concerts, each person will be asked to show proof of their ticket (printed tickets, on phone, or email) to be admitted into the auditorium. Note that everyone will be able to enter the lobby area immediately once the lobby doors are opened by the venue staff.

  • Please have your ticket(s) ready for display upon entering the auditorium.
  • For parties of 2 or more under a single ticket order, the party should enter the auditorium together if they do not have their own individual printed ticket.
  • There will be a help desk for anyone needing help with their tickets (i.e., lost tickets, unable to print, etc.). The help desk will have a list of all ticket orders.
  • The auditorium will open up ~1 hour prior to the start of the concert. Please plan to be seated no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the concert. After this time, any remaining open seats will be filled by the lobby team as needed.

Tickets are for open seating, so you may want to arrive early to save your seat(s). Late seating is not guaranteed.  If there are any questions, please contact the OSM office.
